Q.

My daughter had low grade fever cough cold from 1 week and her course of medicine will complete tonight. But she still has cough. How long should I wait if her fever spikes after tomorrow.

A. recurring and non resolving cough and cold is commonly due to allergy and less likely due to infection. can be due to either allergy or infectiony or both. along with cough and cold medicine nebulization will be required and your doctor will guide you regarding this. take a follow up with your doctor if the cough and cold is not improving with 3 days of medication . it is very important to give proper inhaler as well as proper method of nebulization for better recovery

A. Doctor has checked and given her medication from 3 days. But after tomorrow if she gets fever again should I go immediately

A. It has been a week so I would suggest you to go for further assessment it could be viral fever or something else the doctor has to examine your child and after that only they can give you a clarity what is the situation and then only they’ll be able to help you with that
