my daughter had fish and on same day she had popcorn from next day she is having dysentery ,vomit and stomach ache I took her doctor they said food poison they gave Rantac syrup,emeset and mahacef but still she is not recovered fully its since 4days

so please complete the course of medicine.
avoid giving heavy,oily , spicy food items
give easily digestible food like khichdi, curd rice, upma, fruits etc
keep your child well hydrated.
give liquids like coconut water, buttermilk, soup, etc more
