my daughter had fever from yesterday bcz of severe cold (upper track infection). doc gave paracetamol and Gudcef 50mg. it's her 2nd day to take antibiotic. but after having paracetamol fever ll come down very slowly. why?? how much antibiotic ll take to work??

A. do complete the course of antibiotic.. genrally it take time if 4 to 5 days to cure completely. The child should also be encouraged to drink fluids to replace those lost through sweating.
