my daughter had fever. after fever she caught with cold and cough. medicines are being given to her on doctor's prescription but since last 3 days she refuse to eat anything. she is becoming weak. plz suggest.

A. it is very common that during the disease process the child will have loss of appetite as well as after the disease the child will have decreased appetite for food and this will last for at least one week. you have to provide plenty of water toz drink and you can give food rich in fluids as well as juice extracted from fruits which will help in improving the appetite. if if the child is having nutritional deficiency the doctor will add mulxtivitamin supplements to increase the appetite.
