Q.

My daughter had a fracture 10 days before in left forearm radius greenstick fracture with angulation of 20 degree in middle. will it need surgery or bend will straighten by itself with time. Please guide me.

A. This is the x ray of my child can any orthopaedic doctor please suggest me will the bend be straight by the time or it will need surgery

A. Providers treat most greenstick fractures by immobilizing the bone (keeping it from moving) with a cast. Your child will probably need to wear a cast for around six weeks. They'll need follow-up X-rays to make sure their bone is healing correctly.
