Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. 4 years old child having all the symptoms of cough and cold could be some viral infection cough is a protective mechanism of body which may be due to infection or allergy . it needs proper assessment before giving any medicine presently steam inhalation can be given it will be beneficial
