my daughter had 100.8 yesterday she found 100.4 paracetamol drops is given to her after 1 hr she is normal 95.4 and 5 hr she found 100.8 fever coming again

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the times baby will be having viral infections the reason for fever it will be there at least for 3 to 4 days if the fever is more than hundred degrees and heat then only treat with paracetamol
