Q.
my daughter got vomit and after 4 hours she got poop 2days which was light yellow in colour, day before yesterday again she poop of the same colour, like since yesterday she seems bit fine because of her behaviour else she was only wanting to sleep and was very silent.

it looks like she is having stomach upset .
i would suggest to give warm soup , liquid upma ,mung soup or water , coconut water , buttermilk,curd with roasted jeera powder , nimbupani etc
it not only increase your child apetite ,it also provide energy to her .
