Q.

My daughter got stmoach upset yesterday evening and she did two womitings with lot of flum and after that she got fever 100.2 i gave her paracetamol then it controlled and again at early mrng 4,o clock she got some thing like 99 and for paracetamol again it reduced

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternativegc medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
