my daughter got red colour pimples on her arm,hand and face.please suggest why it's happening and what should I do?

Dear Mother it can be skin energy it can be because of hot weather or a heat inside the body or it can be because of some product you must be using wrongly you should not use any market product and apply mustard oil over the area let it stay for a while and then sprinkle some medicated or prickly heat powder you can also apply fresh curd and let it stay for a while and then wash it off with normal water do not give anything that is hot by nature for the baby to eat or drink it and try to give coconut water and glucoseWrite Your Answer Here
