My daughter gets recurrent infections literally every month since october, november she got infections both the months and had to be hospitalised for a day, she was fine in december but again in jan start she got cough and got hospitalised again, could there be a condition underlying or is something wrong with her immunity? And the pattern is she gets cough first then fever.

A. small babies having recurrent infections change in weather less immunity yes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
