Q.
My daughter fell down from bed she is 7month old floor made with wooden is any serious issue this is second time she fell down from the bed

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol.
Reccurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case wthich is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually you have to be very careful regarding this because the babies head will be very soft we cannot say anything without the physical examination when you go for the vaccination justice with you doctor regarding this
