Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a pfroper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and otbher activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Hi So you should get a check with your doctor because the doctor will advise you with some medicine that will help in this thing because a lot of time of my kids are not able to sleep even when they are tired that’s a very normal issue with kids so I can only advise you to get a check with your doctor
