My daughter ear has some yellowish bump? Can you please suggest why this is happening and should we visit to ent

A. Some infection so it is going to be advisable that you get examined by an ENT doctor because they actually have their tools maybe they put some medicine to check exactly what is the situation like on that basis they can give you correct suggestion on that
