My daughter Durva is 2 yrs old and from past few days she is suffering from cough and cold She is having dry cough in morning and night time She don’t have fever but only the running nose n dry cough I have given her zyrcold and sinarest syrup Even I used nebuliser to her

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. give medicine n nebulization as advice, before bed time offer like warm turmeric milk. You can also mix a teaspoon of ghee with raw turmeric and boil it. Consuming this concoction every morning helps improve immunity and effective in dry cough.
