my daughter dosent smile back she is 3 and half months old usually babies laugh n giggle in tis age she laughs alone makes eye contact but v lilttle eye contact but dosent laughs is tis normal?

A. Take time for her. Play with her so that she will feel safe and happy. Provoke her to express her by doing her favourite activities. Talk with her, ask questions and make sure her diet and sleep is appropriate..

A. Do some funny sounds maintains the eye contact and some funny expressions on face will make them laugh, I did the same for my baby it worked

A. Taking outside to gardens definitely helps.. my son who used to be quiet outside has started responding good after 2-3 weeks we took him to garden..

Nikita don't say ths type of things for any child how cold u say tht she is deaf..Many babies respond sometime in four months.Dear mommy u dnt take tnsn she will gve u smile in some days,u just communicate wid her n one thing u can make some funny faces in front of ur baby n thn I m sure c will start laughing..I m dng ths wid my lo n he laughs whn he sees funny faces...

A. Dear it happens my little started responding very late approx 4 and half months. So it's ok. But yes make her meet people around she will start responding very quickly and yes make a note what kind of toys sounds and activities she enjoys with you. This would help.

Q. #Pediatrics My almost 8 months old baby sits, crawls and stands with support. she smiles in response and laughs when playing. she makes aa sound while playing alone at times. when we play peek a boo with her, her response is inconsistent like sometimes she will really enjoy and laughs out loud. other times she will keenly observe us that when we come out but might not smile or laugh. is this ok or anything concerning here
