Avoid overstimulation before naps and watch for early sleepy cues. Do not use earplugs or put anything inside the baby’s ears. I think you should put cotton or earplugs to block the outside noise and make the child comfortable and make the room very cosy and comfortable for the child to sleep this should work and make sure that your child is comfortably full with the feed that you have given
