Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very fheavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance whichc is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you should slowly try to change the habit and try making baby sleep on bed.. may be you can skip using joola and the baby would slowly hey used to the habit which should be better and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor
