Q.

My daughter does not eat vegetables and she likes milk, porridge, fruits and chapaties. Is she getting the right nutrition with all these?

A. vegetable are also important for proper growth. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat. add veggies in his khichdi, upma, soup.
