my daughter does not drink even 100ml milk in a day. it's a hassle to make her drink milk(even with a milk mix). what can I do to provide either milk or is there a substitute for it?

Give it in the form of milkshake and smoothie make it for yourself also when you feed your child this way your child would be more interested in having what you are having this way you can include more of milk and if the child doesn’t like to have it and increase more of Paneer and curd in the diet and butter milk
