Q.

My daughter does not able to eat solid instead of being 1.7 years of age.she vomits if we try to feed her solid. Suggest what we have to do

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like irron supplementsu and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. But If your child is having all its tea then you should teach your child how to chew the food before swallowing it give literally small small bites to the child and teach your child how to chew the food by showing your mouth gestures when you are eating something
