my daughter ...Divisha Singh, age; 4 years 6 months, is suffering for Phelgum cough n cold since 2 weeks now... have tried... 1. Raswass cough syrup 2. Alex junior 3. Amerolide D COUGH syrup along with 4. Nebulizer...duolin and Brutecod... but no positive effects . kindly suggest for any investigations and medications

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment ishki given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation caun be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
