My daughter developed a fever yesterday for no apparent reason. The fever subsides after I give her medicine, but then it returns. Could you please advise on the course of treatment—specifically, for how many days should the medicine be given?

Can you repeat paracetamol every six hours and if it doesn’t get better within 72 hours as in the fever doesn’t subside completely then in that case it’s not a normal fever it could be viral then you can check with your doctor but as of now if you want you can currently repeat medicine every six hours
