My daughter crossed 6 months any diet plan for her plz

A. Dear parent, after crossing 6 months, begin to give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Soft and mashed foods. You can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
