my daughter always put her hand in mouth is this a sign of hungriness or just playing with hand

A. the baby is 3 months of age it is quite natural that small babies will be putting fingers in the mouth it is not a sign of hunger it is only stimulate the mechanism small babies will be doing

A. If your newborn baby is constantly sucking on their hands and you think it's a hunger cue, you may want to talk to your pediatrician as well. It's possible that your baby isn't getting as much breast milk as you think, leaving them hungry all the time, or that there's a problem with their latch or sucking reflex.
