my daughter always is very active and always asks for sweets ...... is it normal

A. hi yes same thing my daughter is doing still she is 9 years old but as too much sugary food can cause multiple health problems we need to replace it with healthy food options so I offer her fresh fruits,nuts, dry fruits in place of sugary food items
