my daughter aged 4 weeks got rashes... pl give prescription

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Skin rashes should be properly examined by a doctor. Since it is a case of newborn babies. Use a mild soap with low pH value and it should be hypoallergenic and made of natural ingredients. The soap should be unscented. Immediately after bathing, while the skin is still moist, apply a mild moisturiser made of natural ingredients atleast twice a day. The moisturiser should be fragrance free. Always use lukewarm water to bathe the baby. Do not bathe the baby too much and too frequently.
