Mom of a 3 yr old girl2 years ago
Q.

My daughter aged 15 weeks, wieghs 3.1 kg (Birth wieght was 1.35 kg as she was born prematurely @ 32 weeks). Now my question is, whether this wieght gain rate is normal or there any improvement is needed. Some doctors says it is ok as she is premature baby but some says she is underweight. Hence we are in confusion. So kindly suggest us regarding this and recommend any supplementary milk formula needed for more and healthy wieght for 4 months old baby. Thank you

A. good morning parents, generally 4 months old baby weight is in between 4 kg to 6 kg and you have to give exclusively breast feeding to baby as your baby is premature so concern doctor once and you can give Vitamin d3 drops to baby. baby is active than no need to worry about weight . I have been buying and using Babyhug products for my kids . their products very good. Not only are the designs elegant, the material is also good, durable and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this brand.
