Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child beccause that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child.
You can add ghee and dry fruits powder to the diet to make ict more calorie rich.

as a child is preeme baby,it is normal to have weight like this
but for Healthy weight gain,I advise to give starchy food like boiled potato , sweet potato, rice,etc
give energy dense fruits like apple, banana, papaya, avacado etc
give gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil,it contains power of 7 different oils which will help to strengthen your child bones and muscles
