give Healthy diet which includes nuts (almond, cashew, pista, walnuts) ,dry fruits (dry apricots, fig ) , seeds(sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds,flax seeds) ,fresh fruits (banana,dates ,apple , papaya, avacado) , veggies (potato, sweet potato, pumpkin) , milk and milk based products etc
