my daughter age 5 year..Her body weight only 14kg.pls help what can I do....#asktheexpert

A. dear parent, for healthy increase of the weight of your 5 years old daughter, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups and. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food

Increase the amount of veg and non-veg protein for the child that’s going to be quite helpful because proteins are essential and non-veg food has much better protein as compare to vegetarian so you can go ahead with that and if required you can consult a nutritionist as wellWrite Your Answer Here
