my daughter advika is 6 months old now n its been two days that she is dint pooped at all and last time she pooped is bit thick n she makes lot of efforts to poop .... i think she ot constipations .. plz tell me what to do ... as im worried about her health... what 9f she got pain in her stomach due to constipation plz suggest me.. what should i give her for relief from constipation

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. In constipation modify diet avoid baked and packaged food give diet rich in fibre like oats banana papaya etc give Luke warm water to drink maintain hydration give plenty of oral fluids if the problem perissts consult your doctor for stool softners
