My daughter 7.5 years old.She has 101°fever. Can she be given Paracetamol 650mg in half??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if the weight of the child is more than 35 kg you have to give 500mg to the child so if you are giving from 650 mg you can give 3 /4 tablet otherwise give one tablet of 500 mg
