my daughter 5 month 15daya old she had fever ,cough,cold i am giving her paracetamol drops now temperature falls into 97.2 Shall I continue to give drops or not}? please replay as possible soon

A. when you take the temperature in the armpit and if it is 100 or more than only you have to consider it as fever and give paracetamol otherwise there is no need to give paracetamol to the child
