my daughter 3years 5months old she is not eating food...and havey gastric so any suggestion

Hello If your child is having gas issues at this age that means your child if I do not able to digest the food or the motion of the child is not clear which is why it is happening if you want you can get a check with your doctor the medicines will be advised accordingly
