ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom This is because of stomach flu that is quite becoming common especially with children . Try to give her some probiotic such as curd or buttermilk , also don’t force her to eat , give her as much as she can take , give her fluids in form. Of water or ORS , coconut water , lemon juice etc .
