My daughter 3 years 5 months old Shez has severe cough with mucus , can tell any home remedies or medicines.

Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose
add sitopaladi churn 2gm with honey thrice
vasavleh..1/2 tsf with luke warm water
