A. It's great that you're thinking about tummy time and your baby's feeding habits! Here's some guidance on both: 1. Tummy Time for 3-Month-Old: Yes, tummy time is important for your 3-month-old baby, even if she hasn't turned yet. Tummy time helps strengthen the muscles in her neck, shoulders, arms, and back, which are essential for reaching developmental milestones like rolling over, crawling, and sitting up. Start with short sessions of tummy time (around 3–5 minutes) a few times a day and gradually increase the duration as she gets more comfortable. Always supervise tummy time to ensure she's safe. 2. Feeding Formula Milk Only: While breast milk is considered the best source of nutrition for infants, formula milk is a perfectly acceptable alternative if breast milk isn't an option or preferred. Formula provides the essential nutrients your baby needs for growth and development, but breast milk has extra benefits, including antibodies that help protect against infections. If your baby has never had breast milk, the important thing is ensuring she is getting the right nutrients from the formula milk. Some key things to consider: Ensure you're using the right formula based on her age and needs. Talk to your pediatrician to make sure she's growing well and getting the nutrition she needs. You can always consult with your doctor if you're concerned about her growth, formula choice, or any other feeding-related issues.
