Q.

my daughter 3.5 yeras old is 15.60 kg in weight and height 98cm. im worried about her height ? please tell some recipes regarding height gain and hemoglobin increase?

A. There is no specific food for height gain or soul our regular traditional food is good plus good amount of proteins of course are a very good thing to be given on every day basis along with that you should also give dry fruits to the child make a dry fruit powder and give it with milk that’s very very healthy to be given to the child at the same time and for increasing haemoglobin levels you should start giving beetroot and pomegranate every day other than that black rice sweet potato broccoli spinach and all green leafy vegetables are highly rich in iron content and fox nuts are also very good to be used
