my daughter 2years 4months now, Everytime she chew happydent she shallow it...is there a problem?

A. no. avoid giving. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

But You shouldn’t be giving chewing gum to your child at this small age it’s not recommended to give chewing gum to the child at this small age please do not give it to the child if your child will keep swallowing it like this then it is going to get stuck into the stomach of your child because it never comes out in the form of motion is what is do not give it
