my daughter 28 days old, according to me she didn't feed properly, she just feed for 3-4 minute and sleep my question is how can i know that her tummy is full?

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day, showing no discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry about feeding. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration.
