my daughter 2.9 yr having burning sensation while washing vagina plzz give some remedies

Clean it with dettol Water whenever you are cleaning it you know just take a pate wife just dip it into it and clean it I think your child is suffering with some vaginal infection which is why this is happening you should immediately can you check with your doctor tomorrow that way you’ll have much more clarity about
