Q.

my daughter 1 year is 8 months old. For the last 1 week, there is a lot of problem in potty. Is doing potty very hard.

A. at one year age . Constipation or hard stools is quite common in baby age group and so know that as it requires dietary change. Give plenty of water to baby and also include high fibre diet items like suji , dalia etc green leafy vegetables and fruits in the baby diet.

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to give your baby munakka that has to be soaked in water overnight basically and then it should be given to the child every day in the morning on an empty
