my daughter 1 year 5 months from yesterday she is suffering from fever whole night it was 102.6 . but today it's 100 is it ok

A. Hello, your baby girl is 17 months old and she is having a fever upto 102.4 degrees but now it’s 100 degrees so keep a watch on her for next 24 hours

A. it may be viral fever therefore only give paracetamol to baby for fever 3 to 4 times in a day and fever remains for more than two to three days and consult a doctor
