My daughter ( 1 month old ) have blocked nose only when she sleeps 2 to 3 hours and also sometimes when feeding her. May I know why this happens..? Also she is stretching and grunting all the time.

A. namaste Mom, this could mainly be of gas , when they are unable to pass they get uncomfortable, make sure she burps after every feed. and apply some hing water around her navel area, in circular motion. also you may take some jeera , ajwain or saunf water , and have easy to digest foods.
