my daaughter is 1month old ..she doesn't take sound sleep she makes some nosise and thn sleep again...what is the reason behind it

Author of questionMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl8 years agoA. hi....my baby is 1 month old she stretches her body in sleep and her face turns red and then she passes gas and after realsing it she feels normal and she makes noises during this.....is it normal.....is my eating habits affecting her shd i eat light food...what shd i eat tht doesnt affect my baby
