My cousin Baby born in 7th month at the time of birth his weight is 2.2kgs, now he is fine with 5kgs but everyday is vomiting as per doctor suggestion we are using Domastal syrup but there is no use is there any other reason. Is it fine. please suggest.

A. ok thanq for your suggestion but baby boy is 4months old, can I give nimbu water?

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to give nimbu pani to your baby this will help to reduce the problem of vomiting with definitely it is not good to be giving medicine to the child everyday
