my child speaking abc 123 rhymes little by word but not talk fluently how to practise with my child

A. Hello good afternoon !! Saying the Alphabets,rhymes are not speech ,check if the kid is speaking ,asking needs,starting conversation and replying or responding to the commands. If the speech is not clear or not upto the age,any delay then consult a Speech therapist ,therapies helps a lot .
