Q.

My child school timing is 8 am .. so he wakes up at 7am.. pls advise morning what can I give him to eat on empty stomach.. currently m giving him apple and banana.. what else can I give him before going to school

A. Namaste Mom, Would rather suggest that why dont you wake up your child a little early , so that he can have a proper breakfast before he leaves for school
