Green leafy vegetables, green food colored foods may causes green color stool. if it is not foul smelling than no worries

as a child is 2 year + age , and passes green stool , it should be food or Medicine reaction.
or it might happen because of Infection
so please keep an eye on your child diet
give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
